Understanding MArch 17/07

It is important to understand yourself and althought I knew it in mind that this was important I started to realize that I wasnt applying it to my life. I was just allowing all the negative sides of my personality to come out and that is sad believe me because it hindered my ability to live property and althought this message im trying to get out there is not huge or a discovery of a great mind it is important for you to apply this to your own life or to try to I think we should all take care of our souls and body, mind and spirit.
